Yesterday was my intro to Clash of Spears. Although I had supported the game through Kickstarter it was the first time I played. Six players spent an enjoyable afternoon. Three newbies were each paired with a veteran player.
I bested a Gaelic warband. It was very much a learning game and my opponent was an understanding teacher. I definitely look forward to playing again. With time to read the rules with a better understanding of the game mechanisms.
